Eat me

IT'S FRIDAY!

Yesterday i went to a Cardinals and Marlin baseball game in Miami with my dad and sisters then went to Lincoln Road. So i did not have a chance for a post, sorry guys but look at this burger!
My dad grilled one vegan boca burger and on all American meatless boca burger. This tasted JUST like a hamburger! soooooo good and sooooo filling. You got to buy these! i always put two together bc one doesn't fill me up. (this was wed night)

Thursday!!!

Before leaving for Miami i had my savory oat bran.
  • 2microwaved egg whites (no time to make runny yolk)
  • lil cheese on top
  • 1/3cup of water,almond milk, oat bran
  • ground pepper
  • franks red hot
  • 1/3 cup corn
this is one of my fav meals for brekkie. Oat bran reminds me of grits but better for ya.

Then once at the game i started sweating like no other. It was an INFERNO. Everyone around me was dripping and had a lot of embarrassing sweat stains. thank goodness i was wearing a white top! i snacked on a lararbar
we left 7 inning it was an oven!
we left for Lincoln road and walked for 3 hours!!!
we stopped for lunch/dinner (4:30) at van dyke restaurant. I got this Ahi Tuna burger...it was COLOSSAL! I had the burger with on side of bun (these were the jumbo hamburger buns) w/ a side of veggies. I asked them very light on oil and no butter but they poured butter all over it yuckkkk. I tried taking oil off, it was to much work so i had a couple pieces of broccoli. That was all i had and i was full for the REST of the night!

but at 10 i felt like i needed to eat even though i was still not hungry so i managed to eat some chocolate apricots and some fruit.
plus a banana

Today:
I woke up and enjoyed this...
Hamburger bun (publix bakery...love doughy bread) half with barney butter/banana/coconut
and half with strawberry jelly

then Went to grocery shop. I was trying to make him get healthier foods but i had to force him to get grapes. haha he past right over the veggies and fruit and went straight to the processed chef boy-r-d. He does not like healthy food. Hey i tried!lol

After i made a hummus bread with potato bread/and banana peps.
And cherry/raspberry cake smoothie! I love the cake smoothies!

And tonight i am just got to enjoy my summer night with friends and boy <3

  1. burger mania! I love Boca burgers- the cheeseburger one is good (though probably better with original and add your own cheese :P ) looks like a fun few days!

I need to try the cheesy corn oats- I made apple cheddar oats a while ago which was kind of cool.

    Your banana/BB/coconut combo sounds AMAZING!

    have a fab weekend x

  4. I didn't even know my package was from you! You didn't put your blog address, just your email...so I figured you didn't have a blog! Anyways, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have a little story to tell you about the package, though...it's pretty entertaining, yet I was very upset with the postal service! I'll send you an email in a few. Everything is so wonderful and you bet I already dug right into that Go Lean Roll! You're so awesome. Thank you, again, so much!

Ahhh doughy bread, doughy ANYTHING is good! Sometimes if my bread isn't doughy enough I'll put couple drops of soymilk on it and microwave it! Weird, right?! Haha! I hate it when restaurants DRENCH your food in oil, it's so frustrating...I don't understand how that makes food taste better, I think it just overpowers the taste of the actual food, and no one likes grease dripping from their mouth. Gross!

    Have a lovely weekend!

    Love,
    Meg

  5. WOW! that burger could have fooled me it wasn't meatless!
when in restaurants, I'll always ask for the veggies dry without butter or oil...they always drench them and total kills the fresh taste of the veggies!

  7. Nicole,

Hi! I found your blog through Burp & Slurp and just wanted to introduce myself before commenting because my mother instilled a very strict attention to proper etiquitte at a very young age. I’m Emily. :D

Now that I’ve satisfied my inner Emily Post I just have to say that I LOVE your idea for savoury oat bran. I know what's for breakfast tomorrow!

It was so nice to have “met” you! :D
    With Love,
    Emily

  10. Ey baybay! Just caught up and saw your Sims post--you're too cute.

Anyway, that burger is RIDIC!!! You're right about the double-stackage...one isn't really enough, and if I weren't broke, I may approach my burgers that way too.

    Have a faaaabulous Saturday night!

  12. Ah! I love how you always pull out the savory oats-i'm kinda scared to try it!! I'm just so used to oatmeal being a SWEET breakfast....not savory!! Maybe after a few more posts you'll convince me to give it a try.....
