This morning i did the Yogatoday.com free class of the week for hamstrings and such . I was going to have an off day but my legs were really tight so i wanted to stretch them out. This class was good lots and lost of leg stretches(obv) which i did need today so that was good
Observation: I really enjoy doing flows the best, not just concentrating on one muscle. it is a lot of fun, kinda reminds me of a weird dance.
Brekkie:
PB choco banana smoothie
- Advantage choco protein milk(like half the carton)
- A frozen banana
- Lil extra coco,and ice
- scoop of naturally more PB
Today is a busy boring day but i really need get ahead of the game and get as much of this college stuff out of the way so when the time comes i can be done with it all.
To do list:
Make doughnuts
Finish math placement test
Housing note
finish thank you notes
Figure out meal plan for FIU
Do Loan Note for FIU
Send in that i finished loan counseling
buy camera cord
Another yoga class probably some where in there so i can d-stress from all this college stuff.
