eats eats and more eats

So I am going to show you some of my eat the past days(not all of them) just ones i enjoyed very very mucho!

Banana,dried cherries,strawberries,kiwi,blueberries with coconut flakes a lot.
butternut squash,corn,black beans,sour cream
banana,best brownies ever!,a dove dark chocolate,G&B milk chocolate
Butter nut squash!, peanut butter, banana,graham cracker
fav fav smoothie, rasberry cake smoothie

TODAY

this morning i went to my fav class at my gym body plus, but the reason i love it sooooo much is the teacher is very nice but makes sure we are sore the next day. one of the excersises was lunges with wieghts across the room 2x ,and then side squats 2x. That was maybe 5min of the hour! soo much fun and she is funny when she does some work out she says "if you have issues do this(shows an easier excersise) and now i don't mean boyfriend,work,etc issues" haha always make me laugh

then i cam home hungry(before workout i had a pineapple ring,dried)
spicy cheddar broccoli bran
  • 1/3 cup oatbran
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup boccoli
  • lil cheddar mixed in
  • lil cheddar on top
  • some reds hot buffolo wing sauce
went over to zoes to make him brekkie(he likes the unblog like food) i think i may start taking pics of what i make him. he is trying to gain weight.

then not to long ago i went to publix to get frozen cherries and this PB.
the smoothie
Blueberry cherry pie
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup of frozen cherries
  • scoop vanila protien powder
  • homemade granola sooooo goood
  • dried cherries(for a bottom treat)

Verdict: i usally hate grainy,natural pb that i have to stir. But this stuff was great! it has the flax seeds and tasted just like roasted peanuts that i get a a ball park game and it had the stick on your roof nummy effect. (this is key for me, i have to have this effect or i do not like PB) this is def going to be my PB to go to

  3. Oh my gosh! LOVE your savory take on oat bran! LOVELY! I would just add a runny poached egg on top! That'd be PERFECT!
    I hate grainy PBs, too. Gotta look for that one.
