work:
man o man i am beat! lol From 10-4:30 i was standing up and walking around with prob about 20min sitting down. i went to work, which totally organized and rearranged the juniors jeans. that task took 5 hours, but it flew by! i don't know why but i LOVE projects, and being in charge of something. Then i had to go to walmart to get refreshments for the Kids day at dillards this Saturday, which i am also responsible for.
Finally i am home and letting my late lunch digest before i do some yoga.
Food:
brekkie
BEST brekkie cookie EVER!
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- some dried fruit (cranberry,coconut,papaya)
- scoop of fresh cashew butter (best nut butter yet!!)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 3 cashews, diced
- banana icing, mushed banana and heated for 30 seconds
after the cookie hardened over night place it in the micro for 30 sec and top it with the warm mushed banana, and enjoy!
it is so good that i sat down to take a picture of it but forgot about the picture until i had a couple bites left.

although this brekkie cookie holds me over very well i got hungry around 1 so i decided to pull out my PB&J lara bar!
review: omg this is my FAV larabar or at least tied with pecan pie bar. seriously girls this taste JUST like a PB&J sammie, it was unbelievable. yummmmm! it was chewy with ALOT of peanuts in it and whole dried cherries. since i love cherry jam this would be my idea PB&J.

veggie burger wrap
- flat out wrap
- garden burger
- lettuce
- lil bit of sharp cheddar
- salsa
- with a plum and cashew butter date on the side.
Dinner:
haven't had it yet but when i do it will be a green monster of some sort.

I haven't seen the new flavours of Lara bar in the UK, mind you they're pretty sparce as it is and when I do find them I have to buy in bulk as Lord knows when I'll find some again.
