its so healthy i feel... guilty?

just got done with 40 min of a yogatoday.com video (Balancing posture yoga) legs tingling

 I got to make this short but sweet , I am going to whole foods with my best friend so we can buy yummy foods for din din! But i am writing this post because the AMAZING people at amazing grass sent me a huge package!!!!

You cant see it but in the corner is their on to go cup for shakes! i have been wanting one of these! They generously gave me two of everything....SCORE. 

of course i had to dive into a packet right away, i got off of a 7 hour work day with only a borba water and choco chip cookie dough balance bar to eat! (it was only supposed to be 5 hour work day but i had lots of projects to do) So i picked up the chocolate super greens!

my AMAZING smoothie/shake

( i know I'm not tan and i live in south fl...its too hot to go out for longer then 20min, cant blame me.lol)

• choco super green packet
• scoop of protein powder
• cup of peaches
• tbsp of coco, 1 splenda packet (hey don't judge ;) )
• 1 tbsp of dark chocolate peanut butter(almost out!?!)
• 2 dates for chew
• 5 cubes of ice

OMG!!! best smoothie yet! i didn't even taste earthiness at all! i was prepared for some earthiness (which i am fine with) but none just chocolatly goodness with some sweet hint of fruit. Buy this stuff! its so healthy i feel guilty, because it taste like dessert!

tomorrow i plan on packing one of those chocolate covered bars for snack at work.
