This week i decided to show you girls a list of food that are good for you skin,hair,nails and etc.
- For moisturize, avocados,wild salmon,eggs,walnuts,canola oil,soybeans. this is because of the omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids
- prevent wrinkles,minimize radical damage: oranges, red peppers, broccoli
- keep skin smooth,fresh looking:red/green fruits and veggies(sweet potato,cantaloupe,carrot,squash,tomatoes. and believe it or not Dark chocolate!
- sun protection: sunflower seeds, almonds.because of all the Vitamin E
- anti inflammatory:green tea
Work:10-3
Work today went super super fast! Today's task was making the Levi's department in the children area beautiful and sorted. Took the WHOLE time but it felt like i worked for only an hour.beautiful!
Eats:
BREKKIE
oatmeal cookie
- 1/3 oats
- 1/2 protein scoop
- 1 scoop WCW peanut butter
- sprinkle of dried fruit and dried nuts
- some almond milk
- smooshed and heated banana
BEST brekkie cookie yet bc of the icing!
snack:
kids chocolate brownie bar,pineapple ring
linner:(5:00)
Green Monster
- 1/2 peach
- 1/2 plum
- scoop vanilla protein
- lots of spinach
- 2 dates
- less then 1/4 of granola
on the side of grapes, yes I'm watching Icarly.lol
Work out:
went to the gym today. this was my first cardio in more then a month. I did 20 min of the StairMaster on level 8. Later i am going to do some yoga once my linner digests.
whole foods:
went and got some awesome yummy food
- dates (sooooo good, im addicted)
- CASHEW BUTTER!, and it was about $5 a pound, at the "grind yourself" station. I have been wanting this for a while, super excited i have it now.
- got 75 cents off two larabars! got the pecan pie and PB&J! cant wait to munch on them
- 2 for $1 balance bars got choco chip cookie dough and peanut butter, i know they have some weird ingredients but for 50cents a pop had to grab two.
