actual food pictures

MONDAY
look at this ginormus smoothie i made Monday

  • young thai coconut meat and some of the water
  • 1/3banana
  • cup pineapple
  • lil tsp of WCW
  • my last 2 dates
  • a packet called ultimate meal
BEST smoothie! soooooooooo creamy i am def going to buy more of these!

Dinner was a gross publix smoothie and a yummy caramel cadbury egg from the freezer!

Tuesday
I was babysitting my sister and o boy she is a handful, so we went to see harry potter which was pretty good. I do not read the books anymore bc they make the movies so different.

Brekkie:
green smoothie
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • almond milk
  • spinkle of go lean cereal
  • lots and lots of spinach
  • lil WCW peanut butter
I also made a flat out wrap with pb and jelly but i toasted the wrap and i did not like the crispy feel so i threw out 3/4+ of it.

Movie snack:

Trio bar blueberry. This was awesome! i love trio bars, if you are in a nutty craving these are the best and it filled me through out the whole movie. plus 3 whole wheat cheez-it's

Lunch? (4pm)
Flat out wrap

  • spinach
  • lots of buffolo tofu (1/2 block)
  • 1/2 tomato
  • bbq sauce on side for dipping
very messy at first but i think i got it. I realized i love salads way more with a side of carb. The reason being because i like taking my time eating and like more volumous looking meals.

dinner:
veggie stir fry 

  • vegtable bag full of diffrent stir fry
  • terriaky sauce
  • baby corn
  • a small potato 
Tuesday was the boy and I 14 month anniversary <3>

Today!

brekkie


Cornmeal mush
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of choco chip cookie dough pb
It was ok, a little different. I just missed my oat bran so it was a decent subsitute.


Later i BAKED Blueberry/cherry muffins!

I used eat live run's recipe
adaptations:
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup wheat all purpose flour
  • 1 cup was cherries ( had soooo many extra cherries in the fridge)
I came out with 11 muffins. they are very good, and FILLING. Which suprised me but seriously make these asap!

  1. woah...loving your 'large and in charge' coconut smoothie! Was the coconut hard to cut? I have visions of buying one and smashing my countertop to smithereens.

    Muffins look amazing! I can't wait until I move and can start baking again!
