pac man...doughnut?

Hello Fabulous!

yesterday i had this yummy smoothie full of

  • protein powder 
  • cherries 
  • cranberries 
  • banana
On the side a banana doughnut w DCD...yummmmm i am now in love with dark chocolate dreams. today i made PBU using Dark chocolate dreams and almond milk. i can not wait till i thickens!!

Dinner:

English muffin pizza with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce
side was blueberry applesauce no sugar added

Dessert- just munched on a spoon of DCD and 2marsh mellows and a couple pieces of Green and Black chocolate.( yes mother nature gave me a present today so that explains the whole munching on choco at night)

This morning:
I snacked on a couple pecans and date before i did yoga- yoga amazing podcast balance flow. i did soo well! i even was able to go down in a toad balance and stand back up directly to a tree pose! i was pumped. after this 30min class i did my OWN flow to kanye west and lil Wayne haha  it was there more mellow raps, worked well i was focused i did warriors,chaturangas,down dog, wheel and such. i will for prob 15min. it was a lot of fun i think i will try to add my own lil flows after practicing with a teacher. 

Brekkie:
PBU banana smoothie, with 5/6 ice cubes and 3 egg whites on the side
This was not a pretty looking brekkie do i didn't bother snapping a pic but the smoothie was AMAZING! i will be doing this with DCD PBU.

Lunch 
almost five hours later
 a humongous salad!

this all went with about 5 cups of spinach! 
  • half an avocado i eventually mushed with a spoon of ricotta
  • grilled bell pepper and onion
  • grilled portabello mushroom
  • tomato 
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 slice of a natural pizza with out the cheese, i love the marinara soggy bread part of pizza.lol
which turned to this

this was so good i love grilled portabello mushrooms. my dad is making more tonight on the grill and they marinate it with a lil EVOO for healthy fat and balsamic vinegar! needless to say i am PUMPED.

GOALS FOR JULY:
  1. start trying green smoothies
  2. stop mindless snacking
  3. no more diet cola, try for water and green tea(which i am sipping on right now)
  4. No grocery shopping, the reason is i want to be able to splurge when i go to college so i can have plenty snacks and food options to stay healthy.
  5. Summer glow bikini camp
  6. of course at least 30min of yoga a day, i really like this goal! :)
  7. HAVE FUN

  1. Man, oh how I love a good phata$$ salad. I eat one everyday, if not twice a day! My current favorite salad obsession would have to be steamed broccoli. Soooo good paired with any dressing or hummus!

  3. that salad sounds amazing! soggy pizza base is the bestpart, and 5 cups worth of base for a salad is the ONLY way to go!

    I wanted to ask about yoga downloads- you use it, right? How much space do you need in the room to do it? Is it easy for someone who has never done yoga? (I have a dance background)

    Great July goals :-) I too, am doing the summer glow challenge and need to work on mindless snacking. I hope you enjoy green smoothies...they are amazingly addictive!
