Simple and yummy


Hey everyone its FRIDAY!!!

I woke up at 11:30 today!! haha it miight be because we were out hanging with friends till early morn last night and i may of had some beverages ;) but it was a lot of fun!
Even though my morning started late i still am getting stuff done!
  • Cleaned the kitchen spotless
  • did 35min of yoga- this was a yogaamazing podcast + some extra stuff i did. But the podcast is called summer flow. It was awesome! a lot of vinyasas which i did all the way through! i was finally able to do chaturanga to updog to down dog and i did a crow...for one breathe but i still was able to hold myself up! i was elated. especially since the boys were having band practice it was harder to stay focused 
  • did a jumping routine,triceps,plank workout (for the SGBC)
Brunch 
Avacado/mango/raw corn salad

I was all raw! haha it was very yummy and made me feel very good and gave me a lot of energy.  I always forget that the simple, whole foods always make me feel amazing! And my house is now over loaded with produce and yummy healthy foods. I didnt know what i wanted it took a while to decided

Protein smoothie
  • Dark chocolate dreams PBU
  • 7 ice cubes
  • Scoop of vanilla protien powder
  • banana
This is pretty fantastic it was the pefect choco pb banana smoothie. I LOVE all protien smoothies.
