this may be done on the 5th or not....

Hey everyone
happy 4th, didn't post for the 4th bc i woke up at 6 AM ! yes 6am i have not woken up that early since ummmm..... school.Of course i barley got any sleep but its all good we went to peanut island with zoes friend on his boat! and we just partied till 2, play "water" pong on WATER. and drinking,chillaxing on floats and just having a fun time. then we went home where i passed out from the sun for a couple hours then headed over to my casa for a bbq my dad was grilling and he grilled me a veggie burger. that's love

I didn't over eat that much i may of had one to many cookies but only 3 (they were all generous sizes) and a veggie burger, corn, guac with chips. pretty good for a dinner but i felt over stuffed.
anyway(no pictures sorry i was delirious half the day)

Sunday eats

Brekkie 
oat bran

  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 2/3 almond milk
  • 1/3 water
  • 3diced dates
  • coconut sprinkle
  • tbsp of choco chip cookie dough Peanut butter yummmmmmm
Then went to whole foods to get dinner. and of course a sample of granola and a fig

Lunch
fruit salad, water melon,mango, dried chilled cherries, coconut
Warm English muffin 1/2 ricotta with Cinnamon and splenda, half smart balance butter Cinnamon, splenda.
This was a very good sweet dessert lunch. a mock Cinnamon roll if you will.

Went to see Ice Age 3 with the boy! we went in to the theaters and no one was at the ticket buying booth! so we went inside and only saw the concession stand people, so we just walked into the movie! no one stopped us, it was weird but fun! there i snacked on a trio strawberry bar and green tea, plus 2 cookie dough bites zoe had.
at the end i was still hungry(9pm) so went back to my house to eat dinner

Dinner-
I didnt end up eating my whole foods for dinner bc i want to be really hungry to enjoy it all so it will be lunch today! but dinner was a bowl that was a shmorishborg of...

  • Cottage cheese
  • Homemade guacamole
  • The other veggie burger my dad grilled
  • 1 egg/1 egg white "fried"egg (used pam to cook it on stove)
Dessert
A lil hand of m&m's and 2 squares of dark chocolate.

YOGA
tried doing stress reduce yoga from yogatoday.com (it was their free class of the week) but i got to say i love challenging myself so i didn't particularly enjoy this class so i stopped 11min in. This would be GREAT for first timers and people who just want to reduce stress but i wanted a yoga workout flow. SO i went to my podcast and did the balance flow and guess what
  1. i can do all the vinyasas without a problem
  2. I went from tree poses to toe balance back to tree pose(all on only one leg!!)
  3. I did the crow for two breaths this time! doubled my record.
  4. I feel sooooo much better and energized, i love yoga and i love how i feel about my body after. I am so proud of my body for being able to adapt and get stronger to hold these poses.
