long but good

Hey guys I feel so far from the blog community since i d not post as much as i want to let me explain/vent ...
Everyday i get on blogger to do a post but then
a band members GF/ (friend-plant) comes over and i HAVE to of course be nice and accommodate her. I just feel so awkward because i know she just talks about me when it is over and she does not talk to me unless it is gossip. I really don't know why i am posting my vent it just irritates me, because i love my "me" time where i can read blogs, write a blog, do yoga. I have learned to enjoy my company since all the girls in my city are drama fanatics, and have become more independent. 
These interruptions have shown me that i have changed since last year for the better. All you girls are the sweetest nicest girls i have ever "met" before. I love all the support you give each other so sorry for not commenting or such recently but i have been lurking your blogs and when i get the chance i plan on getting to know you all better. 
Thanks for letting me vent! haha now on the food....

Yoga
I have still been doing yoga almost everyday for at least 30min , mostly hour videos. I have a funny yoga story for your enjoyment
  • I do yoga at Zoe's now while he has band practice, and one day I was doing a yogatoday.com video and he decides to set the mood for yoga and lights up a couple birthday candled on a Styrofoam plate. it was a cute/sweet idea but while i am in downward dog i smell the candles More powerfully and i look up and see a small fire on the plate! i blew it out but it was defiantly growing. After it was out i started laughing and cleaned up the little mess on the table. here is a pic of the poor Styrofoam plate

  • Man o man if you have not tried yoga yet go to yogatoday.com and try their free yoga class now! they begging seems slow, but it is just to get you into a breathing pattern then it will move faster into poses and give you enough time to stretch and get stronger.
  • Saturday i am going with my friend to a HOT yoga class which is exciting for me since i have never been.
FOOD:
 I have just been munching on fruit and whole wheat bread and smoothies recently since I do not want to buy my own groceries anymore since i do not have a job. But my eats have been very yummy to me, but not great to show everything in a food blog. 

But i have found a very yummy bread/bagel i like

Nutritional info: calories 240, fat 20. Fiber-7g! Protein 10g! sugar 7g. calcium/iron 10%. Thiamin/niacin 15%.

My review: def more bready then bagley if that makes since. But it it very yummy and made from all ingredients i know! I do not think these were fried at all since it does not have that harder/carby outside that regular bagels have. Overall you are prob better off buying whole wheat bread. But def worth it if buying on sale. I liked it and prob will buy it again if i get a bagel feeling.





This morning was a brekkie cookie made last night and heated for 30 sec this morn.
WOW heating it up a little makes  a HUGE difference! I thought they were already yummy but after microwaving it gets a gooey cookie texture bc if the peanut butter and oatmeal. FANTASTIC! 

  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • lil over 1/3 cup of a milk water mix
  • sprinkle of splenda...sue me ;)
  • less then a 1/4 of chopped dried fruit mix
  • scoop of naturally more pb (sooo good in the cookie)
  • 1/2 scoop of protein mix( i didn't want it too protein powder tasting)
  • In the morn topped it with a sprinkle of granola
  • side of jam

some melon on the side :)

Lunch will be a green monster since i just finished an hour of yoga. yumm got to get spinach now though. Dinner will be a bagel with tuna/egg/or something

Life:
Since zoe's friend is off tour for 2months we have been hanging with him a lot which is always fun. Last night we went to see G force in 3-D! (yes you read that correctly) It would of sucked if not in 3-D but it was awesome s=because of it. It actually looked like things were flying toward us. Pretty awesome and there was also car crashes and car stunts in a kid movie with gerbils talking? odd but funny.
But also since we are hanging out and out all the time now(not complaining about having things to do) I have to plan my meals more and that is why I already know what i am eating through out the day basically since i pack everything before i head over to zoes.  As long as i get my hour of yoga in i am a happy camper.

Question:
In th morning and during the day when i stand up i get dizzy/light headed and sometime it goes black for like ten seconds. it is not not ALL the time but def enough to notice.does this happen to you? why does this happen, how can i stop it?

  1. aw i'm sorry you haven't been able to get much time to yourself recently, girl! hang in there :)! is there any time in the day that you can clear to just have alone time??

    i am not ashamed to admit that i am dying to see G-force, but of course.. Ginge won't see it with me! he's so lame!!

  2. I really want to catch up with yoga again, since my intense hot yoga stint ive been slacking in that department. I'll have to check out yogatoday!
